Crack tomato plant issue

Why do fruits crack?

Fruit cracking in trees may occur due to:

  • Lack of minerals, such as calcium and other nutrients.
  • Excessive watering, leading to high pressure inside the tomato fruit, resulting in cracking. Too much water can increase internal pressure within the tomato fruit, causing the skin to split, and leaves may turn yellow due to overwatering.

Suggestions for adjustment:

  1. Alternate applications of Baba Compost-based Fertilizer and Mr Ganick 426 Organic Melon Vegetable Fertilizer. Apply Baba Compost-based Fertilizer two handfuls or about four tablespoons once a week; apply Mr Ganick 426 Organic Melon Vegetable Fertilizer one handful or about two tablespoons once a week.
  2. Spray Mr Ganick 8 in 1 360 Plant Energizer over the entire foliage and stems. **Do not apply to roots or soil to avoid over-fertilization.
  3. Purchase Mr Ganick Cuka Kayu Concentrate, dilute 5ml in 1.5L of water. Spray on plants and soil to reduce yellow leaf disease.

When using Mr Ganick 8 in 1 360 Plant Energizer, please note:

  1. Shake the bottle well before use.
  2. Do not spray under direct sunlight (especially at noon) to avoid leaf burn.
  3. For preventive or mild cases: spray once a week; for severe conditions: spray every three days.

**Growing tomatoes requires some skills and demands more patience and time for care.
