This is a Springtail. Don’t worry, it won’t harm your plants.
Springtails are tiny, white or grayish jumping insects commonly appear when the soil is overly moist and high in organic matter. They feed on organic material in the soil, such as decaying leaves and roots, not fresh, healthy plant parts. So rest assured, they won’t damage your plants.
In fact, they can even help aerate the soil, and their droppings provide nutrients for your plants!
