There are two possible causes:
1. Psyllid infestation – These pests can cause the leaves to curl or become deformed.
2. Calcium deficiency – Especially in younger trees, a lack of calcium can result in new leaves growing curled or wrinkled.
If psyllids are present:
- Mix 40ml Mr Ganick Scale Ex Lite with 20L water and spray once every 7–10 days, repeating for at least 3 rounds.
If no pests are found, larger trees usually outgrow the curling issue naturally. However, if you want to speed up recovery:
- Foliar spray with 20L water + 40ml Mr Ganick CalMagBo+ to support healthy new growth.
- Apply around 500g Dolomite to the soil.
- Continue foliar spraying every 5–7 days, for 2–3 cycles, and the leaves should gradually return to normal.
