White spots and brown patches on durian tree leaves are usually caused by a dual infestation of scale insects and another type of sap-sucking pest. These pests feed on the leaf sap, damaging the foliage and weakening the tree.
To treat this issue, it’s recommended to use a combination of two products: Mr Ganick Scale Ex-Lite and Mr Ganick Ultimite. These two treatments complement each other and are effective against various types of sucking insects. If the infestation is severe, you may also add Mr Ganick Nitro+, which helps the plant recover its vigor more quickly.
Suggested usage:
– Severe Infestation Stage:
Mix 40ml Mr Ganick Scale Ex-Lite + 40ml Mr Ganick Ultimite + 40ml Mr Ganick Nitro+ in 20L of water. Spray thoroughly on both sides of the leaves, at branch joints, and especially areas where pests tend to hide. Repeat every 5–7 days, for 3 consecutive applications. You should start to see noticeable improvement.
– Moderate Recovery Stage:
If pest activity has reduced and the tree is starting to recover, adjust the formula 30ml Mr Ganick Scale Ex-Lite + 30ml Mr Ganick Ultimite + 30ml Mr Ganick Nitro+ in 20L of water. Spray every 7–10 days, for 3 consecutive times, to strengthen the recovery.
– Maintenance & Recovery Stage:
Once most leaves have returned to healthy condition, use a maintenance dose. 25ml Mr Ganick Scale Ex-Lite + 25ml Mr Ganick Ultimite + 25ml Mr Ganick Nitro+ in 20L of water. Spray every 7–10 days, for 3 times to support ongoing plant health.
